Responsibilities:
- Develop process maps and decision matrixes that visually represent how guidelines apply across different case types and enforcement scenarios.
- Support the launch of new Operational Guidelines Updates, including material preparation and announcement.
- Contribute to documentation management, including formatting, feedback resolution and scheduled updating based on the Policy Cascade schedule.
- Review and analyze existing policy materials to identify gaps that require further clarification from operational guidelines.
- Review operational data and quality metrics to identify areas where unclear or missing guidelines may be contributing to inconsistency.
- Write clear, structured, and frontline-ready guidelines that translate policy intent into aligned decisions.
- Apply OPS alignment principles throughout the design process, accounting for real queue conditions, enforcement patterns observed in live operations and existing guidances from feedback loop.
- Support cross-functional reviews and sign-off processes to ensure guidelines are approved and ready for deployment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills - able to write clearly and precisely to accurately convey Policy intent.
- Structured thinking and the ability to break down complex frameworks into logical operational instructions.
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset when producing documentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders without losing clarity of output.
- Proficient in standard productivity tools (Google Docs / Lark / Microsoft Office)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with content moderation, Trust & Safety, or quality management.
- Prior experience writing SOPs, user manuals, or operational documentation.
