- Conduct due diligence, manage SLAs, perform risk assessments, and maintain outsourcing registers in alignment with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the operations function meets resilience and BCP requirements, including regular business continuity planning and testing.
- Lead efforts to strengthen operational resilience across systems and processes, preparing for potential disruptions effectively.
- Implement and oversee a structured change management process, ensuring smooth integration of new initiatives, technologies, and operational improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and executing opportunities to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in operations and vendor management within the banking, payment services, or FinTech industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational frameworks in regulated environments.
- Proven track record of managing outsourcing and vendor relationships, including conducting due diligence and mitigating risks.
- Deep understanding of outsourcing and vendor management frameworks, operational resilience, and business continuity planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels and functions.
- Sound knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory requirements, particularly CSSF guidelines, AML/CTF obligations, and operational resilience.

- Extensive experience managing operations in a bank, FinTech, or payment-related industry.
