    What will I be doing?

    • Research, identify, and collaborate with external voices and leverage their expertise and resources to develop corresponding safety programs to improve the Trust & Safety approach to key issue areas
    • Work with your Global Outreach and Partnerships colleagues to ensure that the development of our internal policies and features are informed by respected and diverse external voices
    • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with a multi-lingual, multicultural T&S team located around the world
    • Build and develop relationships with all colleagues and key cross-functional partners for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing projects, and help to define new operational strategies for the implementation of external feedback
    • Travel frequently to manage stakeholders and projects
