    Position summary

    a Partner Acceleration Manager to join our Product Partnerships team, with a focus on accelerating the adoption of our partner solutions globally. Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and businesses across the globe. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deploy internal and external programs and solutions designed to help businesses find success on TikTok. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and builders with an eye for what's next. You will work directly with the Product Partnerships team, our internal cross-functional partners, as well as 3rd-party companies in verticals ranging from signals, Media Technology, Attribution, and more. This role requires a combination of strong strategic thinking and project management skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop quantitative and qualitative insights and translate them into internal and external programs and solutions, designed to help businesses find success on TikTok.
    • Independently oversee the efficient running of strategic initiatives between TikTok and 3rd-party companies.
    • Partner with Product teams to define partner integration paths and experiences that accelerate adoption of our business solutions.
    • Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to define the most impactful partner lead qualification process and online/offline activations.
    • Partner with the Global E-Commerce team to drive synergies on partner solutions to help with discovery and growth of GMV on TikTok Shop
    • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internal and external.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:

    • 5+ years of work experience, preferably at a technology company.
    • Experience in consulting, business operations, or strategy and operations.

    • Experience successfully leading strategic projects or initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    • You are a strategic thinker, but you're also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.
    • You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.
    • You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you're able to make and stand behind decisions in an ambigious environment.
    • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118000 - $201000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
