Payroll Analyst - Sao Paulo

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role in our Sao Paulo, Brazil office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing daily payroll department operations;
• Assist with the preparation of payroll data, reports, and new-hire employee information;
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns;
• Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for payroll-related integration needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of in-house payroll experience;
• Hands on, basic functional knowledge and a minimum 1-3 years payroll operation/tax experience in Brazil payroll;
• Strong vendor management and project management skills;
• Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
