    About the role:
    As a Program Manager on our EMEA Safety & Integrity team, you'll act as a project manager, consensus creator, and thought partner to the leadership team. You'll run point on essential cross-functional projects across the organization. This is the role for you if you are passionate about cross-functional project management, high-level thinking, and on the ground execution. You like moving quickly, and you believe in the power of TikTok. You work to lead planning and execution of programs and transformational changes forward. This role will be based in the Dublin office.

    Requirements
    -Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new strategic business initiatives.
    -Communicate with leadership status, risks, recommendations with regular cadence ensuring robust insightful decision-making.
    -Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to identify, evaluate and address risks, opportunities and dependencies across programs.

    • Build and develop relationships with cross functional partners for effective collaboration and execution of large scale change programs in a complex fast moving organisation.
      -Support and represent senior leadership in cross-functional engagement by creating context, consolidating alignment by proactively sharing and presenting data with the wider business.
      -Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working within a high-growth environment.
    • Proven track record in problem-solving along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively interface with collaboration across cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in building a project from scratch to finish is preferred.
    • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
