    Position summary

    s at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

    Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally.     Responsibilities:

    1. Pay attention to the content ecosystem, balance the relationship between product brands, business development and user experience, lead the sorting and formulation of the framework and details of policy review, deep dive into the issues of existing policies, provide optimization suggestions, and ensure policy rationality and enforceability
    2. Monitor and review key business data indicators, collect feedback from collaborative departments, provide suggestions to improve the systems and policies via summarizing and abstracting issues and cases
    3. Responsible for the training and implementation of policy, support the trainers to effectively train the content reviewer team about platform policy, follow up the training effect and lead the optimizations

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
    • Fast learner who is self-motivated and results-oriented
    • Strong logical thinking, with a passion for exploring the root causes of problems and solving them systematically
    • High sensitivity to content and cultural dynamics, with a good understanding of internet industry trends and regulatory landscapes

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Prior internship experience in tech policy, public affairs, or related fields
