About the Team:
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our content policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our Users and Content Creators to enjoy and express themselves.
As a Policy Training Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating solutions (training materials, learning experiences) related to our content policies, to support the training of TikTok's content moderators across the globe. You will work very closely with Trust & Safety's Policy subject matter experts, regional policy teams, and additional stakeholders in Ops, to identify policy training needs and address them through the creation of effective training solutions. You will be responsible for creating, scaling, and maintaining these training materials.
You will develop training materials for various modalities, including instructor-led and e-learning. You will be able to organize, structure, and present content policies in a clear, polished, and concise manner in both oral and written forms. You will help drive forward iterations in the training delivery process to ensure that desired learning and performance outcomes are met and learning impact is backed by data.
