3. Proactively identify and analyze issues in moderation processes and strategies, complete the full process from planning to execution for delivery process and strategy innovation, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality, ensuring the fulfillment of both short-term and long-term needs.
4. Track global safety operations development trends, implement new demand delivery methods, optimize moderation processes, design automation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in moderation delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of experience in delivery management and content safety-related work.
2. Possess good team communication and collaboration skills, excellent project management and partner management abilities
3. Capable of driving projects involving multiple businesses and roles for smooth progress and implementation;
4. Strong self-motivation, willingness to accept challenges, attention to detail, and pursuit of excellence.
5. Comfortable with technical setup and configuration within internal tooling platforms to ensure smooth operational execution and system readiness, while meeting tight deadline demands.
6. Excellent communication in both spoken and written English
