Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience in Trust and Safety, Content Safety, or Content Operations, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence.
Proven experience managing regional/global process improvement projects.
Experience in managing stakeholders from all level and regions.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in strategic analysis, data interpretation, and data visualization.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly define and articulate problem statements.
Outstanding organizational, coordination, communication, and negotiation skills, supported by a proven track record of managing complex projects and processes at a strategic level.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of Bachelor's Degree or above.
