Responsibilities:
-Own the strategy and roadmap for creative experiences in TikTok Ads Manager, with a focus on scaling creative supply and improving creative effectiveness.
-Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business teams to build end-to-end ad creation workflows that balance platform consistency with vertical-specific needs.
-Abstract diverse advertiser requirements into clear product goals, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
-Use data, user feedback, and market insights to prioritize features and guide product iterations.
-Define and track key metrics such as creation volume, success rate, and engagement lift, driving measurable improvements in creative outcomes.
-Partner with internal platform and infra teams to ensure product foundations are extensible and future-proof.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree in a technical, business, or related field.
-3-5 years of product management experience, with proven success of external products.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define metrics and use data to inform decisions.
-Experience collaborating cross-functionally and leading execution across complex stakeholder environments.
-Familiarity with the online advertising ecosystem, particularly ad creation and performance optimization.
-Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience building creative tools or working on advertiser-facing interfaces.
-Exposure to performance ad formats such as shopping, app install, or lead gen.
-Background in creative automation or infra-scale product work.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $246400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
