    Position summary

    • Lead alpha and beta programs for new measurement and attribution capabilities, validating data correctness, stability and advertiser trust through structured experiments and feedback.
    • Own post-launch measurement performance by monitoring key metrics such as signal quality, attribution coverage, and reporting consistency, and continuously optimizing products as the ecosystem evolves.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualification(s)

    • BA/BS degree or above
    • 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
    • Experience working on advertising products, user growth products, or data-driven products.
    • Strong product sense and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics and analysis to inform product decisions
    • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, and marketing teams
    • A high level of Mandarin language proficiency is required (fluent in written and spoken), with the ability to cover CNOB, as the role involves complex communications with external sales teams and clients.

    Preferred Qualification

    • Experience with advertising platforms, user acquisition or growth products, including exposure to measurement, attribution, or performance analytics
    • Experience building or managing data products such as analytics, reporting, experimentation, or measurement-related systems
    • Familiarity with mobile app advertising concepts, including conversion tracking, attribution, or privacy-related changes, is a plus
