    Team Introduction
    The TikTok App Ads and Gaming team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients on TikTok. Our vision is to make TikTok the leading platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain and monetize users by building products that support unique vertical needs, new monetization models and different stages of the app lifecycle.

    Responsibilities

    • Gain an in-depth understanding of the international app advertising ecosystem and customers need to design comprehensive and holistic product plans.
    • Responsible for designing product strategies for APP advertisements, taking care of monetization methodology, sales strategies, and revenue respectively; optimizing ads' traffic effectiveness and efficiency to the maximum result for our clients.
    • Design competitive advertising products tailored to vertical industries such as e-commerce and travel, maximizing customer value.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-function teams such as design and R&D to ensure project implementation and deliver high-quality products.
    • Continuously track and analyze key product metrics to provide insights and a basis for iteration through data-driven decision-making.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, drive business innovation, and maintain the competitive edge of international products in the advertising field.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3 years of experience in monetization products;
    • Strong management skills, logical thinking, business understanding, and quick learning abilities.
    • Data-driven, with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills through data analysis.
    • Excellent communication skills, resource integration, and stakeholder management capabilities; able to implement strategies effectively and achieve business results.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in performance advertising, e-commerce advertising, or app downloads is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Meta and Google advertising products; experience in related partnerships is preferred.
