Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives and design solutions for the Smart Routing Engine (SRE), optimal warehouse, and carrier selection based on business targets (lead time, cost, etc).
• Work on carrier integration and management including KPI monitoring and the FBT control tower.
• Conduct new operation model design and launch.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Final year or recent graduate in with Bachelors or Masters degree and a background in Computer Science, Design, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, equivalent Science/technical field, or related discipline
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills, excellent English skills and can use it as a working language, and a study abroad background is a bonus.
• Possess excellent data insight and goal drive, and be able to use data to drive product demand discovery, improvement and perfection.
• Good at learning and absorbing new things, strong self-motivation, result-oriented, and dare to break through and innovate in the face of complex problems.

Preferred Qualification:

• Internship experience in logistics and cross-border e-commerce are preferred.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118519 - $176320 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
