Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities:
- Support user research and analysis of U.S. TikTok LIVE traffic patterns, audience segments, and content consumption trends to identify high-impact growth opportunities by pinpointing underserved user groups and market gaps.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to translate strategies into actionable experiments, track performance metrics, and refine solutions based on data insights and case studies to achieve measurable user growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams-including Algo and Strategy Ops-to track project milestones, ensure alignment, and keep deliverables on schedule.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
- Passion for content products and active users of social/live-streaming platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear recommendations.
- Data-driven mindset, with basic knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of traffic strategies, creator ecosystems, or content quality evaluation is a plus.
- Experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
