-Have a global vision and have enthusiasm and continuous attention to international products.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Proficiency in defining clear and precise data metrics to represent business performance, incorporating data, algorithms, research, and market analysis to inform product design.
-Experience in conducting in-depth user research and analysis, with a demonstrated ability to understand user needs and conceptualize delightful user experiences through continuous iteration and experimentation.
-Ability to manage product success from end-to-end, including ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch measurement.
-Strong capability to educate and influence leaders and a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in on product strategy and roadmap.
-Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies for data analysis, user research, and product management.
-Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovate in product design and development.
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
