    Position summary

    t Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.

    1. Responsible for the design of promotion strategies and guided channel products for the Shopping Center, driving business GMV and order growth.
    2. Data-driven approach, leading product design, including product planning, requirement analysis, architecture design, solution delivery, efficient coordination among operations, development, design, and data teams, driving product launches, continuous iteration, and product operations.
    3. Understanding the characteristics and trends of the e-commerce industry, providing industry marketing strategies and implementing them through product mechanisms.
    4. Understanding the US market users, deeply exploring user needs, improving marketing effectiveness through data-driven marketing strategies.
    5. Understanding the market environment, being sensitive to competitor strategies and growth, and being competitive.
    6. Ability to optimize basic experience and continuously expand business scenarios based on different business characteristics and diverse strategies.
    7. Proposing innovative strategies based on the characteristics of platform users, continuously meeting business growth requirements.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Familiar with marketing and interactive campaign strategies, participated in or independently designed marketing activities and tools of a certain scale.
    2. Strong initiative and self-motivation, able to identify opportunities and efficiently execute plans.
    3. Enthusiasm for exploring and understanding new products in the market, innovative thinking, and the courage to propose constructive ideas.
    4. Good resilience, optimistic self-reflection, able to handle high-intensity work, passionate about internet products, and highly motivated.
    5. Rich experience in product design, sensitive to the consumer perspective, and a combination of commercialization and supply sense.
    6. Sensitivity to user experience, able to adhere to data-driven approaches, constantly assess business value, and drive product development and implementation.
    7. Excellent coordination and communication skills, able to foster collaboration among upstream and downstream teams, and take responsibility for project outcomes.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of experience in e-commerce, experience in marketing products on well-known e-commerce platforms, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing from start to finish.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
