As an independent team in the search product department, our evaluation team provides independent, objective, and accurate evaluation viewpoints by formulating and implementing a global evaluation plan, combined with various evaluation and research data, to help the entire product development team continuously understand users' needs and optimize user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for improving the quality of search results and search effects of international short video products, and formulating relevant evaluation and research plan documents for different product functions, content and strategies
• Collaborate with the international operation team, promote the global implementation of the overall research and evaluation plan, formulate corresponding monitoring and checking plans, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the delivery of the evaluation report
• Based on the evaluation report, combined with user research and objective data, analyze user needs and satisfaction, make reasonable judgments on the advantages and disadvantages of search products/strategies, and make relevant optimization suggestions

Qualifications

• Have a solid understanding of search products and mechanisms, and understand search quality evaluation methods and processes. Having prior experience with search products is considered a bonus factor
• Be capable of analyzing diverse user data, delving deep into user needs, and constantly optimizing the user experience of search products
• Possess strong logical thinking, innovative spirit, and strong project management ability
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, excellent communication skills and business promotion skills

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $144000 - $297480 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
