    Position summary

    Responsibilities:

    • Leverage your experience and understanding of content safety to develop and implement effective products for identifying and mitigating high-harm content on our platform.
    • Take ownership of end-to-end product management, from ideation to execution.
    • Collaborate closely with engineers and other cross-functional teams to influence and shape the product roadmap, ensuring that safety remains a top priority.
    • Retrieve and analyze insights from emerging risks and escalations to continuously shape requirements٫ features and end products
    • Stay up-to-date with the ever-evolving tech landscape, especially concerning high-harm content and behavior, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions
    • Utilize your proficiency in data analysis, including tools like SQL, to drive data-driven decision-making and continuously improve safety strategies.
    • Assess gaps in business processes and cross-functional collaboration workflow, propose changes across algorithms, products, operations and data to enable higher efficiency and better performance.

    Qualifications

    • Expertise in content safety and a strong understanding of the intersection between high-harm content/behavior and user experience.
    • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product management, worked in 0-1 and 1-10 product roles.
    • Ability to influence product roadmaps and drive prioritization based on safety needs.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, with the ability to derive insights and make informed decisions.
    • Proven working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
    • Experience in designing and conducting A/B and A/A tests.
    • Being strategical, logical thinking, and communication skills.
