    Position summary

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap, set success metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and partner across the organization to develop action plans;
    • Focus on mitigating risks associated with photo-text posts while balancing risk coverage and enhancing creator experiences;
    • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, operations as well as cross-functional partners, to establish a workflow to critically analyze, prioritize, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success;
    • Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or above;
    • 3+ years of product management experience in Consumer-Facing mobile or web Internet companies;
    • Strong project management and communication skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders in different timezones and influence global cross-functional teams;
    • Proven experience designing product solutions based on evidence and expert in utilizing data and research to analyze product designs;
    • Hands-on experience identifying and optimizing performance to improve product quality and user experience;
      -Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: The role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as in Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners to understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Trust and Safety and understanding the landscape and new policy development and implementation;
    • Familiar with agile development methodologies, product management frameworks and algorithms;
    • Experience in organizing and coordinating large-scale projects;
    • Experience of working with global partners.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
