Product Manager, User Growth - USDS

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Independently strategic and logical thinker, with effective planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good teamwork spirit, strong product management ability, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and sense of responsibility towards your job.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of user growth fundamentals and metrics.
• Product sense: deep understanding of consumer apps and growth.
• Strategic and logical thinker, with effective planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of in-depth data interpretation and highly data-sensitive. a plus if you can work in SQL.
• Passionate about understanding user demands with different cultural backgrounds and have excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
