    About Team
    TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to help businesses and brands address their marketing goals through product solutions and also reflecting key insights back to the product teams for product iteration. The intern will work closely with the Product Marketing Managers in Korea to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team.

    Project Intern
    As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to analyze product functionality, performance trends and test hypotheses to help shape Go-To-Market strategies.
    2. Proactively collaborate with the cross-functional team within Korea as well as across APAC in order to enable the sales team with best use of TikTok's advertising products.
    3. Perform data analysis on TikTok's performance and branding ads to track and deep-dive product adoption and uncover growth opportunities.
    4. Assist in creating streamlined processes and documentation to communicate product alpha/beta release timelines updates to the Sales teams.
    5. Localize HQ materials such as new product/feature release announcements, pitch decks, and datasets.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:

    1. Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Marketing, Data Science, Business Technology, Advertising, Media or a related discipline.
    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Korea language and English is required.
    3. Experience in data collection and synthesis of that data into consumable reports.

    Preferred qualifications

    1. Great customer service skills with experience working with both internal and external partners/customers.
    2. Strong operations skills with the ability to define process improvements
    3. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
