Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to analyze product functionality, performance trends and test hypotheses to help shape Go-To-Market strategies.
- Proactively collaborate with the cross-functional team within Korea as well as across APAC in order to enable the sales team with best use of TikTok's advertising products and develop client-facing marketing collaterals and playbooks.
- Perform analysis on TikTok's performance and branding ads to uncover creative and optimization best practices.
- Assist in creating streamlined processes and documentation to communicate product and alpha/beta release timelines with the sales teams.
- Create reporting and dashboards to analyze and track campaign performance, trends, and identify optimization opportunities to drive business revenue.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Marketing, Data Science, Business Technology, Advertising, Media or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Korean and working proficiency in English is required.
- Great customer service skills with experience working with both internal and external partners/customers.
Preferred qualifications

5. Strong operations skills with the ability to define process improvements
6. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
