    Position summary

    The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

    The Systems Strategy and Operations (SSO) team is a part of the Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) organization at TikTok. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to represent the business needs related to our CRM and Transactions products and processes in Europe, work with global counterparts to advocate for solutions that improve regional sales processes, and own the successful GTM of product launches. This is a highly cross-functional role that will require working seamlessly with Sales, MSO, Product and Finance. The role is based in London.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct inbound research to understand, evaluate, and prioritize new business requirements that support business goals in Europe.
    • Design outbound (GTM) activities for new product launches, monitor success metrics, and assume responsibility for the adoption of CRM and Transactions solutions in the region.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all CRM and Transactions project related communications, including status updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert by providing consultations and best practice support for the effective use of our CRM and Transactions systems (e.g. host learning sessions).
    • Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations to ensure alignment and buy-in on CRM and Transactions system strategies and initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5 years of Product Marketing, Product Operations, or Management Consulting experience.
    • High attention to detail, excellent communication (verbal and written), and strong organizational skills.
    • Superior problem solving skills and able to structure a new, complex business problem, evaluate options and recommend solutions.
    • Experience managing complex cross-functional teams, track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders.
    • Experience in working directly with and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven experience Product Marketing, Product Operations, or Management Consulting experience in the technology sector with demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
    • Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape is a plus.
