5. Conduct regular inbound research to understand customers' voices and provide insights and guidance to the product team for solution development and iterations;
6. Closely monitor product adoption and performance, drive internal discussions, and diagnose business challenges and adoption roadblocks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with minimum 5 years of experience in the social network industry, preferably with experience in mobile internet, e-commerce, and advertising;
- Data-sensitive, with clear, logical thinking; strong learning attitude and ability to work under pressure;
- Solid project management skills, communication skills, team collaboration, and a sense of ownership;
- Excel in English at both oral and written capabilities, and be able to communicate fluently and professionally with proficient English speakers;
- Proactive in nature, capable of self-navigating the ambiguities and presenting solutions and recommendations for the leadership team;
- Comfortable working in a ambiguous, and dynamic environment.
