in a product marketing role. This is a full-time position based in Warsaw.
Responsibilities:
- Own TikTok's web performance products GTM strategies and grow revenue & product adoption, for the Retail, CPG, Apps & Entertainment verticals
- Become the in-market product expert by partnering closely with sales team and their biggest clients to deeply understand customer pain points, product needs and business requirements
- Ensure a market- and client-first approach by working closely with our biggest advertisers and help increase product adoptions, identify blockers and growth opportunities
- Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions
- Collaborate with XFN teams on product GTM and adoption strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages, best practices and product recommendations
- Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working within media in marketing or ideally in a product marketing capacity with a strong focus on Performance marketing.
- Expertise in media sales and performance marketing (specifically paid social media)
- Strong knowledge of the Central Europe market and media ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
