We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Intern to support product marketing initiatives in the Japanese market. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, enhance user engagement, and optimize go-to-market strategies through localized content and channel optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing initiatives tailored to the Japanese market, including feature launches and localized campaigns.
- Create Japan-focused marketing content such as product feature introductions, campaign assets, and marketing templates aligned with local user preferences and aesthetics.
- Support the setup and optimization of various marketing channels (e.g., merchant & creator channels), improving content performance through planning and creative iteration.
- Assist in developing and organizing training programs for Japanese merchants and creators, including preparing materials and supporting training execution.
- Analyze performance data and user feedback to continuously iterate and optimize product marketing strategies and content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, product, creator teams) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a university student.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, product marketing, and content-driven platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- High Fluency in Japanese and English (read and write) is required due to cross-functional.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing, content creation, translation/localization, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Japanese market and consumer behavior.
- Basic proficiency in design and content tools (e.g., Photoshop, CapCut) for visual and video content creation.
- Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel) for basic analysis and performance tracking.
