    Team Introduction
    We are a team responsible for building integrity platform and tooling product capabilities and driving continuous improvements to meet our business targets. Our daily work includes product business requirement gathering and analysis, new product launches, platform experience management and cross-functional project management. We need to manage global stakeholders in our daily work in order to form product alignment, monitor product performance and user satisfaction. We also need innovative thoughts to form new projects that can drive changes leveraging the latest tech or operational management efforts.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead data operations related to AI model training and evaluation, specifically prompt engineering. Collaborate closely with the AI model algorithm team to continually optimize and enhance AI model performance.
    • Develop data operation strategies tailored to AI model training and evaluation scenarios. Provide effective data support for large-scale model projects.
    • Align models and policies, manage end-to-end prompt generation for model training, and establish standards and SOPs to ensure prompt quality and consistency.
    • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Engage with labeling teams, coordinate data requirements internally, and ensure orderly progress of data operation tasks.
    • Ensure high-quality operation and delivery of data for AI model training and evaluation. Establish effective mechanisms for training, quality inspection, communication, and data management. Identify and communicate tooling requirements to product managers.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in law, sociology, political science, public policy, mass or media communications, journalism, or business.
    • 5 years of experience in content/data management, or related roles.
    • Familiarity with content management frameworks and optimization. Passion for applying these skills to human/AI alignment.
    • Understanding machine learning concepts.
    • Strong data sensitivity, proficient in in-depth data interpretation, and committed to data-driven decision-making.
    • Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Working in the internet or a related field is a plus.
    • Direct experience in LLM model training is preferred.
    • Prior experience working across different time zones is advantageous for effectively communicating with internal stakeholders across the EU.
