Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

1. Bachelor and above, use English as a working language;
2. 3 years + working experience in internet content platform companies, being insightful in content products worldwide;
3. Good at logical thinking, able to understand complicated situations, define problems and develop approaches to achieve goals;
4. Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination and pushing forward things, being result-oriented;
5. Have empathy for users, being able to deeply understand creator's demands.

Preferred qualifications

1. Proficiency in using Chinese as working language as the role will be in collaboration with local and global teams, including teams based in China where Chinese will be used in daily work.
2. Working experience in the entertainment industry and working overseas is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110222 - $248400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
