- Data annotation and correction: Responsible for case annotation during AI bot operation, including user intent classification, reply matching degree annotation, error case marking, etc.; collaborate with the annotation team to collect feedback on bot usage in actual services, review and correct annotation results to ensure the accuracy and completeness of annotated data.
- Basic data collation: Assist in sorting out basic materials required for bot training, including business-related professional terminology databases, supplementation of frequently asked questions knowledge bases, collection of multi-scenario dialogue examples, etc., to improve the professionalism and coverage of bot responses.
- Progress tracking and feedback: Regularly synchronize the progress of annotation work and problems found in process inventory, cooperate with the team to complete data statistics and reports related to bot optimization, and assist in promoting the implementation of the bot construction project.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Mandarin proficiency: Strong Mandarin (written and reading) proficiency is required to accurately interpret and apply Mandarin-language technical documentation relevant to ongoing projects.
- Core competencies: Clear logical thinking, good at sorting out complex processes; serious and meticulous in work, patient, with strong sense of responsibility and execution; good communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently cooperate with the team and customer service team to complete work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Other requirements: with internship experience in data annotation and process sorting are preferred.
