• Independently plan and execute creator-facing campaigns.
• Set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness through data-driven retrospectives.
• Summarize best practices and explore scalable models for future replication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring sound project design and effective time management.
• Facilitate smooth communication across teams, and build strong cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and Data Analytics teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2-5 years of experience in product operations, project management, or growth-related roles.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to break down complex problems and create actionable insights from operational reviews to guide future planning.
• Communication and project management skills. Ability to anticipate challenges in campaign execution and create effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in entertainment or social platforms (e.g., gaming, livestreaming, music).
• Experience working on high Daily Active User global product.
• Experience working or studying globally.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192534 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
