    Position summary

    About the team
    As Monetization Product Operations (MPO) our goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by designing and scaling support processes to resolve technical issues within our product. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Australia, London, and multiple locations in the US. Our teams comprise internal product specialists and operations functions and externally we have a global vendor base that augments our services portfolio.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and lead quantitative and/or qualitative inbound initiatives such as customer persona understanding, opportunity sizing, customer feedback analysis, and competitor intel to represent and address business & market needs
    • Collaborate with products for feature development and influence product roadmap through data-driven consumer insights
    • Set goals, and success metrics and get consistent with key stakeholders. Drive product adoption and growth of products in global markets by feeding tactics such as sales enablement, automatic notifications, comm material production, webinars, client workshops, etc.
    • Design and lead alpha/beta testings with clear criteria to capture early-stage insights for product innovation and fine-tuning, ensuring the product is ready to scale.
    • Activate as a business and product strategy expert and partner closely with the internal users to deeply understand the product, markets, and processes identify opportunities to make vertical/market-based recommendations, and scale these across a wider organization
    • Administer and operationalize the operational platforms to ensure it is set up to optimize the business processes in a scalable manner

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of product marketing/operations with digital ad products or in SaaS/Customer support platforms; familiarity with Advertising solutions
    • 3+ years of Customer service orientation, with experience working along with sales/ client-facing support teams
    • A storyteller with a track record of consolidating information into customer-oriented communications;
    • A fast learner and self-starter who gets to the point quickly with a good sense of judgment and original thinking;
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills with demonstrated experience collaborating with different teams and managing multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives;
    • Strong data and business analysis ability, analytical mind, and good data skills; comfortable with spreadsheets;

    Preferred Qualifications:
    -3+ years of experience with AdTech or new-age online and social media tech companies, managing mid to large-scale product operations
    -2+ years of experience with Digital Ads Products Ecosystem

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110200 - $180000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
