    Position summary

    e TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible to understand customers' behavior by collecting their online/offline activity from varied sources and connecting them across devices using robust Identity graph in a privacy compliant way. These signals power our entire Ads ecosystem spanning Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights and Reporting. As a Product manager, you will work with cross functional teams of engineering, data scientists, partnership, product marketing, privacy, legal, sales and most importantly our customers to develop and deliver product offerings for our global advertisers.

    We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven talent to guide and develop our Signal Growth Ops team. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, implementation, and scaling of signal adoption initiatives, collaborating closely with Sales, HQ PSO teams, and cross-functional units. This position will leverage the team's capabilities to enhance our data connection suite of products and drive sustainable growth for our commercial customers.     Responsibilities:

    • Foster strong relationships with Sales and Global Product Strategy teams to facilitate effective debriefing and recommendations on cross-vertical signal adoption initiatives.
    • Oversee sales pitch strategies, objection handling, and narrative development to drive overall signal and performance advertising conversations.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure seamless coordination between teams and clients to address these needs.
    • Be the authority on TikTok's data connections suite of products. Provide strategic direction for customer onboarding, training, and workshops.
    • Lead campaign-level operational support to maximize customer experience.
    • Engage in high-level revenue management and resource planning, offering critical inputs that will influence product strategy and incentive policies.
    • Synthesize and prioritize market intelligence to shape future data connection strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze signal adoption across the region/vertical to maximize value and growth.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs aimed at overcoming barriers to adoption.
    • Train and educate vertical teams on the benefits and applications of secure data connections.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree or above; MBA strongly preferred.
    • 5+ years of product marketing or performance campaign management experience, especially in digital ad products.
    • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in ambiguous situations and adapting to change.
    • Commercial acumen with a track record of building business cases for product/feature development and innovation.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
    • High degree of customer service orientation and experience in client-facing roles.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience working with major publisher platforms in performance advertising campaign management, media buying, working with S2S configurations, and Events API.
    • Strong background in B2B marketing campaigns.
    • Strong background with programmatic media.
