• Independently create required documents and reports, define clear success metrics, conduct post-event analysis, and refine future operational strategies.
• Establish effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across Product, Regional Operations, Data Analytics, and other global teams to drive impact and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in product operations, user operations, or strategy operations with creativity within the internet industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from post-event analysis and use data to guide future optimizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong execution and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and overcoming challenges in operational processes.
• Experience with UGC platforms, marketplace models, or experience working with a global team is preferred.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120000 - $180000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
