• Analyze internal and external factors that impact monetization, such as market trends, competitive landscape, to inform strategic decision-making
• Monitor revenue performance and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements to drive revenue growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute on monetization strategies and achieve revenue targets
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging monetization opportunities in digital advertising

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field
  -Solid quant/quali problem solver with sharp business judgment
  -Experienced in leadership strategic decision-making facilitation
  -Strong overall understanding of internet business/ad products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication presence and cross-functional orchestration skills, capability of influence
  -Capability to deliver with quality under fast pace and pressure
  -Good maturity in team management

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156600 - $387840 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
