    Responsibilities
    Support product operations of Occupationally Generated Content (OGC) projects (such as movies/TV series etc.) to drive new and existing user engagement and retention.
    Conduct competitor and market research, including analyzing U.S. film and television industry business models, external market conditions and internal performance data to define and develop global business strategies to scale products.
    Based on an understanding of OGC copyrighted content, integrate platform resources, operate and promote product capabilities, and enhance product functionality.
    Utilize user insights and data analytics to identify and prioritize opportunity areas and rapidly create innovative solutions that improve satisfaction among copyright owners and enhance the user content consumption experience.
    Collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders to design and develop analytical and insight tools to measure and monitor product performance and optimize operational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Communications, Management, Media, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Communications, Management, Media, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

    Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
    Building and streamlining processes and workflows using project management tools; tracking project status and milestones; and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables;
    Conducting market research through primary and secondary sources including reports, surveys, and expert interviews to generate business insights and plan future strategy;
    Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes;
    Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; and
    Copyright platform industry experience.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic and international travel required up to 5%.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $211994 - $321994 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
