    About Trust and Safety
    Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain product and policy knowledge across our lines of business
    • Conduct thorough training needs analysis through effective collaboration with stakeholders (e.g., Capacity Planning, Product BP, Team Leads, Partnership Ops Success)
    • Create effective training plans by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of curriculums and a deep understanding of learner roles
    • Develop and customize training materials as needed through close partnership with stakeholders (e.g., Policy Training Development, Regional Policy)
    • Onboard and operationalize new or updated products, policies, and procedures through instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and blended training programs
    • Recommend, develop, and implement learning interventions and best practices to ensure moderation teams, internal T&S teams, and T&S partner teams (BPO) are set up for success
    • Act as the key connector between all T&S training teams to ensure synergy across all learning activities, aligning them with the overall strategy
    • Refine curriculums and training processes as necessary
    • Track and analyze learning program effectiveness through various evaluation techniques
    • Drive the measurement strategy of learning initiatives to ensure our moderation and QA teams (in-house) or T&S partner teams (partner) meet or exceed our training success metrics
    • Ensure learning data consistency and accuracy
    • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training projects
    • Mentor and coach less experienced trainers

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 4 years of experience in a learning/training role
    • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and knowledge of curriculum design and development
    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
    • Passion for learning, people development, and the ability to adapt style and training depending on business needs and learner profiles
    • Experience developing training materials (e.g., presentations, videos, guides) and implementing learning interventions
    • Ability to extract and coordinate learning data for reporting purposes
