- Own the critical path from signed partnership agreements to successful global rollouts, aligning internal stakeholders, managing partner expectations, and tracking to launch milestones
- Translate between technical and business stakeholders, distilling engineering timelines and product requirements into clear, actionable updates for external partners (and vice versa)
- Act as the partnership ecosystem's internal advocate, representing partner needs in internal planning forums and ensuring we unblock technical, legal, or operational bottlenecks
- Mentor and develop team members in advanced program management practices, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration
- Design and implement scalable program management frameworks specifically tailored to partnership lifecycle management that can be adopted across all partnership verticals
- Create and deliver comprehensive training programs covering project management fundamentals, stakeholder management, partnership operations, and strategic communication
- Establish centers of excellence for partnership program management, including standardized templates, processes, launch playbooks, and success measurement frameworks
- Collect and analyze partnership data from multiple sources, synthesizing complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Work closely with operations teams to aggregate impact data and prepare executive ready narratives for strategic communication
- Coordinate with PMO counterparts to ensure consistent reporting frameworks and aligned impact measurement across partnership initiatives
- Develop impact dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly communicate ROI, unlock resourcing, and support senior leadership decision-making
- Translate numbers into momentum, creating comprehensive reports that inform strategic decisions and drive optimization opportunities
- Manage post-launch optimization by driving continuous improvement with partners, identifying opportunities to deepen integrations, improve metrics, or align on shared success KPIs
- Develop and maintain standardized processes for partnership launches, creating scalable frameworks for future deals across diverse international markets
- Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple teams, time zones, and cultural contexts reflecting TikTok's global presence
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and influencing skills, especially in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you can hold tension between product reality and commercial promises
- 5+ years experience in Strategic Partnerships, Program Management, B2B Sales, Customer Success, GTM Program Management, or BizOps roles supporting partner-facing or BD organizations
- PMP certification with demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks
- Scrum Master certification and hands-on experience with Agile development processes and ceremonies
- Go-to-Market (GTM) experience including product launches, partnership integrations, or market entry strategies
- Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects with accountability across internal and external teams
- Experience synthesizing complex data into strategic insights and executive-ready communications
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Agile or program management methodologies (Scrum, OKRs, GTM playbooks)
- Familiarity with co-marketing, product onboarding, legal/contractual obligations, and launch playbooks
- Previous exposure to post-sales or partner success operations at scale
- Proficiency with data analysis platforms, APIs, technical documentation, and cross-platform integrations
- Advanced certifications in program management (PgMP), Agile frameworks (SAFe, CSM), or organizational development

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118400 - $212800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
