Responsibilities:
- Support program managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of content partnership programs, tentpole initiatives, and global collaborations.
- Assist with operational workflows, including timeline tracking, meeting preparation, stakeholder follow-ups, and project documentation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, content categories, partner activity, competitive benchmarks, and market-specific opportunities.
- Help synthesize research findings and program updates into clear summaries, presentations, trackers, and internal communications.
- Support cross-functional alignment by helping coordinate inputs from teams such as Product, Content Partnerships, Creator Management, Business Development, and more.
- Maintain program trackers, dashboards, documentation, templates, and shared resources to improve team visibility and execution.
- Assist in creating internal playbooks, best practice guides, process documents, and program recap materials.
- Support reporting on program progress, key milestones, learnings, and operational outcomes.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve team workflows.
- Contribute to ad hoc operational and strategic projects that support global media business priorities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Deep interest or demonstrated experience in the Sports industry
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize insights clearly.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and collaborative project management tools.
- Interest in digital media, content platforms, creator ecosystems, sports, or technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in program management, operations, media, sports, consulting, marketing, strategy, partnerships, or tech.
- Familiarity with TikTok, digital content trends, creator ecosystems, and/or media partnerships.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects, student organizations, campus initiatives, research projects, or operational workflows.
- Comfort working with data, including tracking metrics, organizing information, and identifying patterns or insights.
- Strong presentation-building skills and ability to communicate findings in a clear, concise way.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and willingness to support both strategic and executional work.
