    Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

    The Linguistic Intelligence team is responsible for undertaking language-related annotation projects, specialising in large-volume data annotation supporting multi-language model development, cross-language understanding, language identification and language research.

    What will I be doing?

    As a Project Specialist in the Linguistic Intelligence team, you will be the project owner driving end to end project management (from requirement gathering to project closure) related to large-volume data annotation supporting multi-language model development, cross-language understanding, language identification and language research. You will be based in Singapore, working closely with cross functional and global stakeholders to drive the success of data annotation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

    It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

    Responsibilities

    1. Drive end to end projects related to content labeling and data annotation.
    2. Responsible for the operation of content labeling projects, negotiating with content strategy team, and driving the implementation and execution of requirements.
    3. Proactively collaborate with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resources coordination and subsequent works.
    4. Deeply understand the implementation of frontline labeling teams and work with the demand side to develop and optimize labeling guidelines and SOPs.
    5. Conduct quality management, progress management and risk management by data analysis.
    6. Continuously optimize project processes and improve the efficiency of project implementation through analysis of business conditions.

    Qualifications

    What should I bring with me?

    1. Bachelor's degree or above
    2. Proven end to end project management experience
    3. Strong understanding of project quality management and data analysis experience is highly preferred
    4. Strong understanding of various project management methodologies and usage of project management tools is highly preferred
    5. Excellent proficiency is both written and spoken English
    6. Regional/Global cross functional stakeholders experience preferred
    7. Previous experience within the Social Media / Internet / Technology industry will be highly preferred
