    Position summary

    ensuring they are equipped to use TikTok effectively to impact in the Brazilian market, while contributing to the overall health and success of the Sports ecosystem on the platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with leading sports content publishers, from major TV broadcasters, teams, leagues, and sports institutions, to drive their growth and success on TikTok.
    • Monitor and be up to date with the sports industry, including main tournaments, leagues, public athletes, market forces, audience behaviors, and emerging trends.
    • Develop and execute ambitious partnership strategies that position TikTok as a key platform for content discovery, engagement, and audience development.
    • Act as the market expert for global partnerships and product teams, translating publisher needs and industry trends into actionable insights that inform product and policy direction.
    • Partner closely with global, regional, and local teams to align account management, business reviews, and growth plans, ensuring consistent and impactful results.
    • Support content acquisition efforts and lead onboarding for new publishers, expanding the breadth of content and enhancing the overall user experience.
    • Equip partners to make the most of TikTok's tools, analytics, and best practices, driving stronger content performance, engagement, and business outcomes.
    • Engage and support publishers at scale through effective community management and streamlined communication channels.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications
    -5+ years of work experience in media, entertainment, or digital companies in digital content, marketing, or strategy roles.

    • 2+ year work experience doing content partnerships, and/or managing relations with Sports publishers, and institutions.
    • Understanding of digital media and content ecosystem, with special focus on Sports category.
    • Experience on data decision-making.
    • Experience with managing of analytical platforms
    • Able to work in a global company with multiple stakeholders from different regions and countries.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Open to work in fast-paced work environment, and resilient to constant change.
    • Experience working with multiple cross-cultural and diverse teams is a plus.
    • Strong influence, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, align stakeholders, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes across diverse teams and perspectives.
