e seeking a positive, self-motivated and highly organized individual to take on a Publisher (Corporate) partner facing program manager role to drive strategic initiatives that will help our managed partners to further engage and grow on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development, Execution and Management: Develop, execute and manage locally relevant programs (including both IRL and online events and campaigns) to drive Publisher (and Creator) engagement by working closely with Local Publisher (and Creator) teams.
- Localization and Adaptation: Contribute to the customization and adaptability of Central and Regional programs to meet local market needs and cultural nuances.
- Operational Support: Support the onboarding, localization and day-to-day operations of programs in local markets. Ensure program objectives align with Regional and Central best practices and goals of driving product adoption, key vertical content supply and priority TikTok initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in developing and monitoring metrics for program success. Align on standardized, clear measurement plans and set joint OKRs in line with Publisher team. Give timely reporting on program performance and insights for improvement.
- Market Insights Collection: Provide relevant market insights to inform program adaptation. Deliver actionable insights to Local, Regional and Central teams.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster positive relationships with cross-functional, Regional and Central teams to ensure effective execution of programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or a closely related field, preferably with market-specific program development and execution in a content platform or social media environment.
- Experience in operational support, strategic planning, and aligning local programs with broader company objectives to drive partner growth and product adoption.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize marketing/educational programs, events and/or content promotion by driving external stakeholders/vendors.
- Comprehensive understanding of the global and local creator/content ecosystem, including deep knowledge of social media platforms, content industry landscape, and current and emerging trends in content consumption.
- Advanced data analysis and performance monitoring skills, proficiency in data analytics tools, and ability to translate data insights into strategic actions, and program development.
- Ability to lead multiple cross-regional and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment, with managing large-scale budgets > USD1M while maintaining focus on achieving cost efficiencies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills in both Japanese and English for when facing internal and external clients.
