- Collaborate closely with Local Operations and Trust & Safety teams, serving as an escalation point for policy-related questions, issues, and solution alignment.
- Participate in and, when needed, facilitate coaching and calibration sessions to support consistent policy interpretation and application.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 months of experience working with content quality, safety, or policy-related activities.
- Strong understanding of European online safety, privacy, and freedom of expression topics.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting effectively to daily operational challenges.
- Resilience and a strong commitment to self-care when handling emotionally demanding content.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, as required by the operation.
- High proficiency in the Dutch language, as this role supports the Dutch-speaking market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, however, not essential.
- Proven track record of working with co-workers across different countries is preferable but not required.
