Responsibilities

1. Taking ownership of product quality on live-streaming/real-time communication systems from backend including designing test strategy, writing test cases, executing functional/performance/regression cases, verifying bug fixes and giving test reports;
2. Responsible for tracking task progress, assessing potential risk, coordinating across teams, providing delivery with good quality;
3. Responsible for developing automation of new features and regression test cases and building CICD related work;
4. Responsible for building/optimizing development and QA processes to help improve quality and efficiency;
5. Introducing new technologies or innovative ideas to help improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant;
2. Proven work experience in black-box and white-box testing, functional and performance testing, experience in backend testing is a plus;
3. Demonstrated coding skills in Python/Go/Java;
4. Excellent learning, troubleshooting, and communication skills;
5. Passionate, self-motivated and good teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience on automation test framework like Pytest/testNG;
2. Live Streaming or CDN related industry experiences;
