    Position summary

    eep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

    Within Trust & Safety Operations our Project QA provide leadership and day-to-day management to our vendors/BPO partners. You will take responsibility for ensuring that the team has the skills, resources & support to perform at a high standard and look at ways to improve efficiency and team success.

    To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines.

    Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

    What will I be doing?

    • Design training schedule, coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders including BPO to ensure that all labelers successfully go-live within the targeted timeframe.
    • Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or virtually to new joiners
    • Involve in setting up product knowledge test, share result analysis and work with key stakeholders to improve the product knowledge of labelling team
    • Responsible to provide detailed analysis of errors and feedback to respective team through calibration session and recommend ways to improve quality score.
    • Monitoring the queue data and record daily output, communication and working closely with BPO and RD if any system/platform issue arise.
    • Support on QA related project if needed such as process optimization, sampling plan, appeal mechanism, labeling policy optimization and policy cascading process;
    • Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.

    Qualifications

    What should I bring with me?

    • BPO background/vendor management experience is compulsory
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;
    • Minimum 1 year working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst;
    • Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage;
    • Strong attention to details and ability to work independently;
    • Possesses good interpersonal skills;
    • Full proficiency level in English.
    • Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
    • Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role
