Position summary
-org and workforce optimization, driving internal communications and progresses, coordinating with external departments, conducting risk flagging and hedging, and leading post-mortem analysis
-Responsible for running projects in closed cycles, taking responsibility for the project deliverables, and drawing experience
- Responsible for actively analyzing the status quo of the organization and providing insights into potential issues or development areas, initiating and leading projects addressing such topics accordingly, and effectively guide and coordinate collaborations across regions/functions/departments
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in building processes and leading projects for small/medium multi-cultural teams
- Significant experience in data analysis, project management, and cross-function workflow processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to partner with the leadership team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tech and data science related experiences are big plus
