Team Summary:
We are dedicated to driving the RE&F brand and products forward, effectively managing public opinions, and fortifying internal teamwork. Our daily endeavors center around magnifying the positive reputation and influence of the Real Estate department, all the while persistently cultivating robust internal cooperation and synergy. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement employee communication strategies and plans for the designated region, aligning with the company and departmental communication goals.
• Execute cultural activities within the department, including planning, organization, promotion, on-site management, and post-event communication.
• Manage departmental cultural communication channels, including but not limited to H5 content, copywriting, and video production.
• Support establishing and promoting the service brand, enhancing employee recognition and engagement through topics, events, and activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with no restrictions on the field of study.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and remain resilient under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, media, or real estate is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in video editing.
• Proven ability to organize and manage events or activities.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $92800 - $150000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
