Recommendation and Traffic - Search Recommendation Quality Assurance (Vietnam)

The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the double review & recommendation content;
2. Find potential risks through daily work and put forward suggestions for improvement;
3. Focusing on the quality and safety of the content, deeply understand and follow up business progress, and help product function optimization iterations.
4. Working closely with the supervising departments to optimize relevant working standards of our projects
5. Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above
6. Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates to be open to shift work hours;
• Have QA experience of moderation project, or familiar with RCA;
• Good English proficiency, Bachelor's degree or above;
• Good judgement when dealing with ambiguity and encountering unfamiliar situations by providing timely feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

• Frequent use of TikTok and strong familiarity with Google, YouTube, Ins, Facebook;
• Familiar with common office software, preferably have search operation experience;
• Those who have knowledge of search trending related businesses are preferred;
• Team management experience is a bonus
