Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum three years of solid procurement experience with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation ability, strong data analytical and logic reasoning ability.
- Critical thinking to embrace changes and look for breakthroughs as a change agent to deliver success.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with global organisational objectives.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and change effectively in a fast-moving, ever evolving working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Prior experience managing catering procurement lifecycle in a global organisation.
- Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, CPSM).
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in a multinational organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and market trends in the EMEA region.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as Coupa.
