TikTok. This role is to build and maintain a robust and reliable pipeline of new advertisers by acquiring SMBs partnerships and retain and grow exisitng ones. This is a role that will require a balance of creative, strategic and ambitious thinking with deep operational know-how to translate big ideas into meaningful results.
Responsibilities:
- Devise, maintain and deliver comprehensive small business advertiser acquisition and revenue growth plans through innovative strategies, education for priority growth initiatives and campaigns in the UK and in Ireland, focusing on product adoption and incremental revenue.
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content creation to vendor management and launch execution, ensuring initiatives stay on time and budget, proactively communicating with key stakeholders and teams
- Establish, own and nurture relationships with high-potential external SMB partners (small business industry associations, government bodies, channel partners etc.) through the partnership lifecycle from contracting to partner program execution and evaluation
- Develop and drive end-to-end compelling program narratives and sales materials tailored to seasonal and always-on campaigns, catering to various audiences (advertisers, agencies, end-users), plan and run programs, events, coordinating deliverables and support from cross-functional partners
- Design and oversee the execution of bespoke marketing campaign solutions working in close partnership with cross functional teams such as Sales, Product, PR/Comms, Enterprise marketing teams, to drive leads, new cash active and revenue growth for TikTok advertising solutions
- Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors/agencies to ensure high-quality campaign creation and successful execution
- Track and analyze campaign and partnership performance across all digital platforms, identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterate for better results
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven years of experience in marketing, development or b2b strategic/channel partnerships, ideally within the digital marketing space, in the UK or Ireland
- A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry and B2B Marketing with strong local market knowledge and understanding of the business landscape in the UK / Ireland, including key players, industry trends, regulations, and cultural nuances
- Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels
- Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts
- Track record of building impactful, sales-driven partnerships with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders and experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions and GTM plans
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and execution skills with the ability to translate data into clear narratives, operational strategies and recommendations
- Experience owning and delivering quantitative targets
- Experience prioritising and managing tasks effectively within a fast-paced continuously changing environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
